No matter if it’s in a gallery, a shop or an exhibition,  masterpiece always goes under spotlight. While people are enjoying the art piece, nobody would notice the shadow underneath it. As a matter of fact, shadow itself is an art. A traditional art performance in China called Shadow Play has history of at least few hundreds years. Many modern artists have made sculptures that projects interesting shadow images, such as Fred Eerdekens, Kumi Yamashita, Rook Floro and Larry Kagan, a professor at RPI.

Most shadow sculptures represent the two sides of certain object or make connection between materials and objects. And this sculpture is no exception — engineering spirit within the iconic building. Made from electronic dumps.
